If your query relates to an item in suspense, before submitting to our team, please you have checked the following:

The policy number is correct and is exactly as supplied by the provider
The lodgement has been added (it takes 24 hours for a payment in suspense to match a lodgement)
You have checked the relevant system report to ensure it has not already been paid/ released
