For items in suspense, please check the following before submitting the form:

  • The policy number is correct and is exactly as supplied by the provider
  • The lodgement has been added (it takes 24 hours for a payment in suspense to match a lodgement)
  • You have checked the relevant system report to ensure it has not already been paid/ released
